Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

A. Paypal

B. Bank Transfer

C. Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express through Paypal

To utilise any of these payment methods, select the option on during check-out. For Bank transfer, once order has been submitted, we will email you our bank transfer details. Once payment has been made, we will commence the delivery of your parcel.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order on our website, but we would love for you to make an account with us as it is easier to check the orders you have with us and track them.

What if I'd like to pay via bank transfer?

Bank transfer is a possible and a preferred payment option on our website within Singapore. To pay via bank transfer, follow the following steps:

  1. Select the bank transfer option during check-out
  2. After your order has been submitted, we will email you with our bank details to make the transfer
  3. Your parcel will commence delivery once you have made the bank transfer

All payments can be made via ibanking to POSB Savings 247484345. Your order can only be held for 3 hours before being released if bank transfer has not been made yet. For special cases, please email us at orders@bloomkitbeauty.com

Paying with Paypal or Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express

During check-out, select the Paypal option:

  1. The site will direct you to Paypal to make your payment, but instead of selecting “Pay with my Paypal” account, select “Pay with my debit or credit card”
  2. Fill in the necessary details and click submit

Paypal processes your credit/debit card securely through their payment gateway.
